Today was great, terrific, incroyable! Hooked up with Frenchie and Duffy and chose to search around Hamilton, just north of the city. Ended up finding a real awesome ledge setup on the waterfront;

We rode here for a while without any trouble until Frenchie went ass over tit or tit cul par-dessus when his wheel concaved into a rotten piece of wood..

After this little irritation, we moved on and met up with a bunch of lux/tempered dudes. To start things off I threw the B’s over this;

We then found ourselves in the same area as our last venture on Thursday. However, this time, Matty took care of this spot, throwing down some steeze in a gap to raz hop over;

and Jerry did a cool over ice on this badboy;

Then, whilst on our way back, Matty showed me a dope as hell gap which I got done;

After we had finished, a just married couple must have seen us and decided they wanted to mix up their wedding photos. Therefore, they concluded that Frenchie should jump a raz in the background of their shot…. pretty sweet if you ask me;

They also gave us some beers and just to top it off, one of the bridesmaids was oh so cute…

Little update from another mid weeks riding session in Brisbane. Got a tip off from Duffy of a few spots in a suburb near the valley. In light of this information, Duffy, Frenchie, Samson and Myself ventured around the said area. Once again, we were rewarded with a couple of sweet set-ups.

Afterwards, we headed further into the city to meet up with wild catz Beast and Evan (the now spoken co-owners of Lux BMX store) at the store and have a bite to eat and a grand tour. Let me say, the shop is so dope, can’t wait to hit up the opening and party next Friday;

Right near the store is a 10 stair raz which drops down onto the road of the store. Apparently, it’s going to be an informal spot upon which people can lay down bangers and go down in Lux history. I was fortunate enough to be the first to try something. I attempted a few 180s over the raz with descending success;

Ended up getting pretty beat. Oh well, day had to end somehow.
